do you have a guestbook for your guests to sign after they have stayed at your property? what is your percentage of people who write comments in it? i have people say wonderful things at check out or in emails but so many of them don't write in the book. i keep it with the welcome book with a pen and ask people to sign it before they leave. i don't know why so many people don't take a few minutes for a quick note. thoughts? or just have a look:-goo.gl/gb8cjb
